Company Culture and it’s effect on the bottom line

Very nice article on Entrepreneur.com on the big impact of company culture. The key message:

“Corporate Culture isn’t a nebulous, feel-good HR concept. If employed effectively, it can improve efficiency and cut costs.”

I could not agree more. The way we work together has significant impact also on the bottom line. As Peter Drucker once quoted: Culture eats strategy for breakfast.

Very nice to read how these two entrepreneurs put it in practice, including the aspect of measuring it. See here for the full article.
