Can we also turn day-to-day knowledge work into art?

I have a question for you.

It’s connected to the video “People are Awesome” below that shows how people turn manual work into art. I believe this is great as it shows us how even simple tasks can be performed in a masterful way.

I was wondering if the something similar could exist for the other type of daily work that I know many of you are engaged in: not the manual one but more the modern day knowledge work in organisations.

Conflict, stress, misalignment. Difficult meetings, deadlines not met, phone calls, video conferences. Day in, day out.

So my question is: Can we also turn this “modern day knowledge work” into art? Is there a way to create the same video for (difficult) human interactions?

I am curious to hear your thoughts.
