Face time tactics

Here a link to a short post by the MIT Sloan blog on the tactics that remote and virtual workers use to overcome the lack of ‘face time’.

This is still quite a significant management challenge: Until the remote managers and organizations in total learn to create a results-only work place employees will continue to employee these tactics.
