New TEDx talk: Great Leaders Transform Organizations by Thinking INSIDE the Box

Companies, organizations look for answers on how to transform themselves. Often, one hears in the boardroom the sentence: we have to think out of the box.

I argue that leaders can start transformation by thinking INSIDE the box. And that can be more powerful for transforming a team, a division or company than adding artefacts such as table footballs.

See for yourself:

What are your experiences with organizational transformation and thinking in “boxes”? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
